When choosing your own insurance, we recommend that you obtain coverage for the full replacement cost and expedited shipping of the equipment to minimize business disruption.
The Insurance Program is serviced by instaCOVER LLC and includes membership in the Equipment Protection Association and insurance coverage on your equipment. You will be billed monthly for insurance costs plus administration and membership fees (collectively “INSURANCE CHARGE”). The INSURANCE CHARGE includes fees associated with the cost of acquiring and maintaining the insurance, and may include a profit component or fee payable to the Equipment Protection Association. We will continue to bill you on a monthly basis for your INSURANCE CHARGE until you cancel. You may cancel your insurance and your membership in the Equipment Protection Association at any time; however, there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods.
